1. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order with MILEA FASHION ("MILEA", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. Accounts
You need an account to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. We work in small, limited runs — once a drop or collection closes, it may not be restocked. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate stock levels, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is verified. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card or bank details. An order stays pending until payment is confirmed; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout based on your state and may vary. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed — delays can happen due to courier or logistics issues outside our control.

7. Intellectual property
The MILEA name, logo, product designs, photography, and site content belong to MILEA FASHION. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to do anything illegal, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with the site's normal operation.
9. Limitation of liability
MILEA is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control (such as courier delays or payment provider outages). Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Nigerian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MILEA grows. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
